Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

PlayFix accepts the following payment methods through our secure payment processor:

  • Visa credit and debit cards
  • Mastercard credit and debit cards

All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

2. Credit System

PlayFix operates on a credit-based payment model:

2.1 Credit Packages

  • 100 credits - $15 USD
  • 300 credits - $40 USD (20% savings)
  • 750 credits - $90 USD (25% savings)
  • 2000 credits - $200 USD (33% savings)
  • 5000 credits - $400 USD (40% savings)

2.2 Credit Usage

  • AI Match Analysis: 20 credits per match
  • Human Coaching Review: 100 credits per match
  • Team Analysis: 40 credits per team match

2.3 Credit Properties

  • Credits never expire
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Credits are applied automatically from your wallet balance

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in USD but are automatically converted to your local currency at checkout:

  • Supported currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and more
  • Exchange rates are updated daily
  • Your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees
  • Final charge amount will be displayed before purchase confirmation

4. Billing Process

4.1 One-Time Purchases

PlayFix uses a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges:

  • You are only charged when you manually purchase credits
  • No automatic renewals or surprise charges
  • You control when and how much you spend

4.2 Payment Confirmation

After each purchase:

  • Credits are added to your account immediately
  • You receive an email receipt confirming your purchase
  • Transaction history is available in your dashboard
  • Invoices can be downloaded for business expenses

5. Taxes and Fees

Tax handling varies by region:

  • VAT/GST: Automatically calculated for applicable regions
  • Sales tax: Applied based on your billing address
  • All taxes are shown before final purchase confirmation
  • PlayFix does not charge any processing fees beyond the listed price

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • You will receive an error message immediately
  • No credits will be added to your account
  • No charges will appear on your card
  • Common reasons: insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect billing information

To resolve payment issues:

  • Verify your billing information is correct
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds
  • Check with your bank for international transaction restrictions
  • Contact support if issues persist

7. Payment Security

Your payment security is our priority:

  • All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS
  • Payment processing is PCI DSS compliant
  • We do not store your full card details
  • Our payment gateway handles all sensitive payment data securely
  • Two-factor authentication available for account security

8. Promotional Credits and Bonuses

Free or promotional credits work differently from purchased credits:

  • New users receive 50 free credits upon signup
  • Promotional credits have no cash value
  • Promotional credits cannot be refunded
  • Promotional credits are used before purchased credits
  • Promotional credits never expire

9. Refunds and Disputes

For refund requests and payment disputes:

  • Review our Refund Policy for eligibility criteria
  • Contact support before initiating chargebacks
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear

10. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing:

  • Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance
  • Existing credits are not affected by price changes
  • Users will be notified via email of upcoming changes
  • You can purchase credits at current prices before changes take effect

11. Business and Enterprise

For teams, organizations, or high-volume users:

  • Custom credit packages available
  • Volume discounts for purchases over 5000 credits
  • Invoicing and purchase orders accepted
  • Dedicated account management
