Get AI-Powered CS2 Analysis
PlayFix uses advanced AI to analyze your Counter-Strike 2 matches and provide personalized feedback on your gameplay. Here's how it works:
Give Us Your Demo
Upload your CS2 replay (.dem, or compressed .dem.gz, .dem.bz2 or .dem.zst, up to 300 MB) or paste a public link that downloads it. In CS2, download the match under Watch > Your Matches; the file lands in your game\csgo\replays folder.
We Read Every Round
PlayFix parses the replay itself: kills, deaths, assists, damage, headshots, opening duels, trades, clutches, utility used, where you died and your team’s buy each round. Then you pick which player you are. The file is deleted once it has been read.
Coaching Built on Those Numbers
The AI coach sees only the parsed stats. Every strength and mistake it names must cite a round and a stat from your demo; anything that does not match the data is removed before you see it. If the demo cannot be read, your 20 credits are refunded automatically.
Human Coaching
Want more than AI? Book hours with a human CS2 coach on your training plan, at 250 credits per hour (€25.00). Our team matches your booking with an approved coach and emails you their contact details.
What We Read From Your Demo
Fragging
Kills, deaths, assists, headshot %, ADR, multi-kill rounds, damage by weapon.
Duels and Trades
Opening kills and deaths, trade kills, deaths your team traded, KAST.
Clutches
Every 1vX you were left in, and whether your side won it.
Utility
Flashes, smokes, HE grenades and molotovs used each round, and utility damage.
Where You Died
The map area of each death, as the game records it (e.g. Long A, Top of Mid).
Economy
Your equipment value and your team’s buy (pistol, eco, force, full) each round.
PlayFix does not measure crosshair placement, reaction time or communication.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my replay file?
In CS2, open Watch > Your Matches, pick the match and click Download; the file is saved in your CS2 folder under game\csgo\replays. On Faceit, click “Watch demo” in the match room and upload the file as it is. The FAQ has the details.
How long does analysis take?
Usually under a minute once your file is uploaded: in our tests reading a replay took under 10 seconds and the coaching 10 to 40 seconds after you pick your player.
Can I analyze Premier, Faceit, and Matchmaking?
Yes, as long as you have the replay file. We have tested Valve matchmaking, Faceit and tournament demos. CS:GO demos do not work.
What if I run out of credits?
You can purchase more credits anytime from our pricing page. We offer packages from 100 credits up to 2,000 credits, with volume discounts of up to 15% on the largest pack. Credits never expire!
