Upload your CS2 demo file (or paste a direct link to it). PlayFix reads every round from the demo: kills, deaths, damage, opening duels, trades, clutches, utility, where you died and your team's buy. You pick which player you are, and the AI coach reviews your rounds. Every strength and mistake it names cites a round and a stat from your demo; anything the data doesn't support is removed.

No. PlayFix is web-based. You need the demo file of your match, which CS2 downloads for you under Watch → Your Matches.

We support all major CS2 regions including NA, EU, Asia, Oceania, South America, and more.

AI analysis costs 20 credits per match. Human coaching is 250 credits per hour (€25.00), booked on your training plan. You buy credits in packs - the more you buy, the better the value. Packs range from 100 credits up to 2,000 credits. Check our pricing page for current prices in your selected currency.

Usually under a minute once your file is uploaded. In our tests, downloading and reading a replay took under 10 seconds and the coaching step 10 to 40 seconds after you pick your player. Uploading a big file takes as long as your connection needs. You can watch each step on the analysis page, and the result is saved to your dashboard.

AI analysis reads your demo and gives you your real stats plus what went well, your main mistakes and what to change next game, each tied to a round. If you want a person too, you can book hours with a human CS2 coach on your training plan; our team matches your booking with an approved coach.

Any CS2 match whose replay file you have. We have tested Valve matchmaking, Faceit and tournament demos. CS:GO demos are not supported.

Our coaches are competitive CS2 players whose applications our team has reviewed and approved. When you are matched, you get your coach's name and email, so you can ask them about their experience before your first session.

Yes! All your match analyses are saved in your dashboard. You can track your improvement over time with performance graphs and historical data.

CS2 matchmaking: in the game, open Watch → Your Matches, pick the match and click Download. The file is saved in your CS2 folder under game\csgo\replays (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\replays). Faceit: click “Watch demo” in the match room (matches from the last 30 days) and upload the downloaded file as it is. Archives (.rar, .zip) need the .dem extracted first. Files up to 300 MB; a bigger demo can be compressed to .gz first. Step-by-step instructions are in How to get your replay on the analysis page.

Connections to PlayFix use HTTPS. Card payments are passed to our payment provider for processing, and we never store your full card details.

Yes, you can delete your account anytime from your dashboard settings. Since there are no subscriptions, there's nothing to cancel.
