Cancellation Policy

1. No Subscription Model
PlayFix operates on a one-time credit purchase model. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or auto-renewals. This means:
- No monthly or annual subscriptions to cancel
- No automatic renewals or surprise charges
- You only pay when you want to purchase credits
- Credits remain in your account until used
2. Credit Expiration
Purchased credits never expire. This means:
- Buy credits once, use them anytime
- No pressure to use credits within a timeframe
- Take breaks from gaming without losing value
- Come back months later and your credits are still there
3. Cancelling an Analysis in Progress
3.1 AI Analysis
AI analyses typically complete in under 60 seconds. Once started:
- The analysis cannot be cancelled mid-process
- Credits are deducted immediately upon submission
- If the analysis fails, credits are automatically refunded
3.2 Human Coaching
For human coaching services:
- You can cancel before a coach is assigned for a full refund
- Once a coach is assigned, credits are non-refundable
- Coach assignment happens within 1-4 hours of request
- You will receive email notification when a coach is assigned
4. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your PlayFix account:
- Contact us at support@playfix.pro
- We will process your request within 48 hours
- All personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- Unused credits purchased within 14 days may be eligible for refund (see Refund Policy)
- Credits older than 14 days will be forfeited
5. Service Termination by PlayFix
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service. If we terminate your account:
- You will be notified via email
- Unused credits may be forfeited if violations are severe
- You may appeal the decision within 14 days
- Refunds are at our discretion based on the nature of the violation
6. Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that PlayFix discontinues service:
- We will provide at least 60 days notice
- All unused credits will be eligible for full refund
- You will have the notice period to use remaining credits
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of service closure
7. How to Cancel Services
Since there are no subscriptions to cancel, you can simply:
- Stop purchasing credits whenever you want
- Stop using the service without penalty
- Return anytime - your credits will still be there

8. No Cancellation Fees
PlayFix does not charge any cancellation fees. You are free to:
- Stop using the service at any time
- Delete your account at any time
- Request refunds within our refund policy terms
All at no additional cost.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this cancellation policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We will notify users of material changes via email.
